Welcome ! The Up With Downs Team was started with one goal - to assist as many kids with Down Syndrome as possible to fulfill all of their wonderful potential !

We are Moms & Dads, Brothers & Sisters, Friends & Neighbors, joined together to raise money, set goals, and assist in helping the Down's Community.

Interested in joining The Up With Downs Team ? It's easy - set a goal and work to achieve it! We participate in all aspects of Fund Raising- including charity walks, 5K races, marathons, and triathlons. From experienced athletes, to couch potatoes, we want to help you reach your full potential! And in so doing, bring awareness to our special friends with Down Syndrome !

Our current financial plan is to fully fund the Little Light House School for one full year!

Joining The Up With Downs Team is easy. Achieving your goal will be the challenge. Whether you are a couch potato who wants to participate in your first charity walk or complete a triathlon: Whether you are a seasoned athlete who wants to qualify for the Boston Marathon or the Hawiian Iron Man - we can help.

As a member, you will get special race gear and shirts! We also have running shorts, socks, and some really nice windbreakers and jackets. Plus: We provide FREE COACHING at every level and we can help you raise money as you achieve your goal.
